NEVERCOLD hand warmers are small bags made of porous material that contains a mixture of vermiculite, iron and wood powder, active carbon and salt | when the bag is opened, the mixture reacts with air to form heat – the reaction continues for 6 – 7 hours | the heat generation may be interrupted by moving the bag to an oxygen-free place, e.g. in an airtight minigrip bag, allowing the hand warmer to be used later | used inside the gloves as a comfortable and efficient additional heat source | the hand warmer can be placed in desired position to warm palms or fingertips | may be used for many other purposes such as keeping a cell phone, a camera or other electronic devices warm in freezing conditions | activates when the package is opened and contact with air is sufficient | reaches operating temperature in about 5 minutes | operating time 7 hours | average temperature 57 °C | two heaters per package
